This Privacy Policy describes how the Google Ads MCP application handles your data. The application is designed to prioritize user privacy and secure local data handling.
1. Data Collection and Usage
The Google Ads MCP application requests access to the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. The access token obtained is used exclusively to query and modify your Google Ads account as directed by your local AI assistant prompts.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, Google Ads credentials, or account information to any remote or third-party servers. All requests to the Google Ads API are executed directly from your local environment (such as your local machine or private server) to Google’s official API endpoints.
2. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share any data retrieved from the Google Ads API with third parties. Data is only displayed to you in your local chat window or session terminal.
3. Security
All authentication credentials (such as client IDs, client secrets, developer tokens, and refresh tokens) are stored locally in your environment configuration (e.g., environment variables or configuration files). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local environment.
